Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Mare D'Oro Studios is located in Sithonia at the second foot of Chalkidiki at the picturesque village of Sarti. It is only 2 minutes away from the golden beach of Sarti which it is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches of Chalkidiki.

The hotel was fully renovated at 2011 under the supervision and personal care of the owners in order to offer you a pleasant stay and moments of relaxation!

Accommodation

We offer 3 double bed studios, 4 three beds studios and 4 four beds studios. All of our apartments are bright, clean and tidy. Mare D'Oro is a family business which was established in 1980, belong at the three keys category and we are open from May until September.

Towels and bed linen are changed every three days.

Bili smo ovde od 03.09.3025. Do 10.09.2025. Što se tiče apartmana broj 3, sve je perfektno. Smeštaj za dve dve osobe je prostoran, imali smo 2 terase, jednu koja je unutar zgrade i tu je vešernica i druga koja ima sto i 2 stolice i gleda prema ulici. Besplatan parking smo uvek imali jer je odmah velili prostor gde ima baš dovoljno za parking. Apartman je bio baš uredan i čist, i na svaka 3 dana su menjali peškire i čistili stan. Što se tiče lokacije na mirnoj je mestu, a od prve plaže je 2 minuta pešaka, a od centra dešavanja nekih 5min pešaka. Topla voda je uvek imala, kao i wifi signal koji je bio perfektan. Sve preporuke!

Bili smo gosti ove vile 2013 i 2015. Smeštaj je jako lep, studiji nisu mnogo prostrani ali sama lokacija vile je za nas super. U mirnom delu Sartija, blizu plaža koja je u tom delu lepša jer je sa malim nagibom a more ima dugačak plićak. Jedina mana je žućkasta voda u vili, nismo je naravno pili ali za ličnu higijenu smo koristili i nismo imali problem.

Bili smo 11 noci u junu. Sve je jako uredno i cisto, sve najbolje. Jedino ne postoji podzemni parking, a nudi se! Garaza postoji ali je tu nemoguce uvesti bilo koji auto!

Bili u junu 2013.Kuca je bila cista i uredna.Lokacija odlicnaKuca izlazi na dve ulice.Parking mesta ima dovoljno.Plaza je bukvalno iza coska a stari deo i setaliste na pet minuta lagane setnje.Od nas sve preporuke.
