• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Most often chosen for family vacations, Mara’s Marina’s Home is set in a quite location and in the second row to a sandy beach in Nikiti. The center Nikiti with all the attractions and the city beach are at the distance of 2.5km.

Accommodation

This accommodation offers one quadruple studio (35m2) and two apartments (40m2) for 5 persons on the high ground floor, while on the first floor there are two duplex apartments (60m2) for 6 persons.

The quadruple studio has a queen-size bed and a sofa for two people. The apartments for 5 persons have a queen-size bed or two joined single beds, a sofa for two persons and a folding armchair. The duplex apartments have either 3 single beds (two of them joined) and a sofa or two queen-size beds and two sofas. A baby cot is available upon request.

Amenities include air conditioners (duplex apartments have two A/C), a safe box, a hairdryer, a TV, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi internet, one or two balconies. On guests' disposal is a shared washing machine - free of charge.

Duplex apartments have a direct sea view.

In the kitchens there are a large fridge with a freezer, a stovetop (only one duplex apartment has an induction hob), a small oven, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. In the bathrooms there are shower cabins in every unit except for one duplex apartment that has a bathtub.

The change of towels and linens, as well as cleaning is done after three days. Small pets are allowed upon agreement, but there is an additional charge for larger pets.

The building is surrounded by a large and fenced yard, where you may also find a playground with swings, trampoline and other kids' facilities, a BBQ, a covered parking area, an outdoor shower and sunbeds and umbrellas.
