• The listed prices are the official prices of the owner of the building, without any additional intermediary commission.
• Note: Tourist tax (€1.5 per day / per room) is not included in the regular prices and is payable on site.
• When making a reservation, 30% of the total price is paid, the remaining 70% is paid in cash upon arrival.
• Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00.

Accommodation cancellation policy
• For cancellation of the reservation up to 21 days before the expected arrival at the accommodation, the deposit will be returned (minus EUR 30 for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is canceled 21-15 days before the arrival the 50% will be refunded to the guests.
• If the reservation is canceled later, the deposit will not be refunded.

Description

Manos Luxury Apartments units are located in Nea Kalikratia, Halkidiki, in a brand new building 300m from the beach. It consists of 9 apartments, suitable for up to 5 people and for up to 3 people.

Accommodation

All apartments are divided into three categories.

Apartment 1 (85m²) is suitable for up to 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The apartment has two private bathrooms, as well as a living room with a sofa and a kitchen with a table and chairs. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, a sink and a stove with an oven. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a TV, as well as a terrace with outdoor furniture.

Apartment 2 (65m²) is suitable for up to 3 people. It has one bedroom with a double or 2 single beds, private bathroom, living room and equipped kitchen. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, a stove, a table with chairs, and within that room there is also a sofa bed. The unit has a TV, air conditioning and a terrace with outdoor furniture.

Apartment 3 (80m²) is suitable for up to 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is also a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with a dining room and a private bathroom. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, a TV and a terrace with furniture.

All apartments have a dining table with chairs and a table with chairs on the balconies.

Sve preporuke, apartman je prostran, cist, lokacija je mirna i odlicno se spava. Imaju prenosnu posteljicu i lift tako da ko ide sa bebom i kolicima nema ogranicenja. Vlasnik apartmana je jako ljubazan i od pomoci. Uvek je na raspolaganju ako nesto treba a opet nije nametljiv. Objekat se redovno cisti, kao i apartmani. Ukoliko ne dolazite autom, raspolazu prostorom gde mozete da ostavite stvari dok ne udjete u apartman. Veoma pozitivno iskustvo

Sve preporuke:hugging: Zgrada je nova, sve je moderno.Sve je kako je i opisano, cak i bolje.Terase su velike. Vlasnik je ljubazan, jako fin.Doceka vas.Cisto je,posteljina se menja na tri dana. Imate obezbedjen parking u dvoristu. Udaljenost plaze je 400m, na kraju ulice. Nalazi se u blizini centra. Ocena 10😊
