In a friendly environment inside the Nea Flogita village and only 70 m from the sea and the seaside market, in an open area of endless green lays Μanolis House. The resort consists of furnished and fully equipped apartments and rooms. It belongs to the category of three keys and has reception space for the customers.

Our apartments consist of 2 spacious rooms, kitchen-room and bathroom or kitchen-living room in one and bathroom. They are quite roomy, full of light and can accommodate one to five people. All apartment rooms, either in the ground floor or in the other two floors, have their own private balcony.

Bili smo u apartmanu na spratu u avgustu 2024.god i oduševljeni smo smeštajem! Ponovo bi smo išli u ovaj smeštaj ali nas interesuje gde se nalazi Junior smeštaj? U Manolis apartmanu smo boravili od 10-25.07.2025 Domaćin je izvrstan, stalno dostupan,preljubazan..sve pohvale za njega i smeštaj..blizu plaže,sve je ispoštovao i više od dogovora,imam samo reči hvale i iskrene preporuke Flogitaje lepo mestašce,voda besprekorno čista,za odmor dve preporuke...

Smestaj je kao i na slikama, sve je u funkciji, nema skrivenih mana. Terase su cak komotnije i udobnije nego na slikama. Vlasnici su fini i nenametljivi, ispostovali su sve dogovoreno. Plaza je divna, ulaz u vodu ekstra ali hlada nema ni na plazi ni u mestu. Postojeci hlad su zauzeli kafici. Mesto nema radnjica, malo je marketa i skupi su pa ako ste bez kola to je dosta tesko za nabavku. Mirno je, nije za provod. Ali, nisam se pokajala.

Boravili smo u ovom smestaju ove godine tacnije pocetkom avgusta,sve pohvale za Manolisa kao domacina.Sve sto smo se dogovorili ispostovano je.Imali smo problem sa gumom na kolima Manolis nam je pomogao,stvarno ljubazan domacin.Jos jednom sve pohvale i preporuka za smestaj.👌

Da li moze neko ko je letovao u ovom apartmanu da mi kaze kakva je plaza, ima li talasa, jezeva, da li je sitan pesak i da li se postepeno povecava dubina? Ima li u blizini ambulanta? Ima li komaraca? Pitam zbog malog deteta Hvala
