We welcome you to the brand-new Malamatenia House, located in the village of Sarti, on the east side of superb Sithonia, the so-called "second foot" of Chalkidiki (its central peninsula), just opposite Mount Athos.

Malamatenia House is only 60 meters away from Sarti beach. It has two dooble rooms (with one double bed) two triple rooms (with a double and a single bed) and two quadruple rooms (with a double bed and a bunk bed). All rooms, constructed with the best materials, are comfortable, spic and span and fully equipped.

Bili smo 10 noćenja u ovom smeštaju. Odlična lokacija, blizu svega. Vlasnici vrlo ljubazni, uvek su tu. Studio opremljen i čist, za taj period boravka dva puta sređen. Naša preporuka!

Letovala sam kod njih pre par godina i stvarno su super vlasnici i sve je odlično. Ipak bila je jedna mana tada a to je neka diskoteka preko puta is koje se čula velika buka. Sva sreća samo vikendom. Meni je to smetalo jer mi je dete tada imalo godinu dana. Sve ostalo bez zamerke. Divni ljudi, super smeštaj.

Ako nekom znači, odlična lokacija, svega ima u neposrednoj blizini uključujući i parking, besprekorno čisto. Opis smeštaja i fotografije su potpuno realni, kao i recenzije.

Vila se nalazi na odlicnoj poziciji. Čisto, uredno,za 10 noci ,dva puta promenjena posteljina. Vlasnici fini i nenametljivi.

Trenutno smo u ovoj kući.Sve je čisto novo i lepo. Posteljina se menja peti dan, vlasnici ljubazni,tu su a kao da nisu. Kuća nema dvorište i nalazi se na odličnoj lokaciji,sve je blizu. Plaža je udaljena minut hoda. Jedina mana je što su apartmani mali, baš mali i preko puta je neki klub pa je bučno .
