Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Makis Studios is a smashing little complex, family run with a friendly, laid back atmosphere. It has an ideal location, away from the hustle of the resort but within easy reach of Roda's sandy beach.

Complex have an inviting outdoor swimming pool with a handy poolside snack bar free sunbeds, perfect for when you don't want to have to do very much more than soak up the sun, sip on a long cool drink and just chill out. In the complex there is mini market for your daily supplies .

The complex consists of 12 spacious studio rooms and 3 apartments, situated in the 2-story annex building.

All the rooms have kitchen( fully equipment) ,air-conditioning (payable locally), balcony or terrace.There is a TV in each room (local channels), a free WIFI access in public areas, private safety deposit boxes in each room (payable locally) and hairdryers. The studios have 2 or 3 beds and the apartments have 4 beds suitable for families or couples.
