Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Makis Apartment is located 650 meters from the beach in Ierissos, on the Athos peninsula. It is situated on the first floor and is suitable for up to five guests.

Accommodation

The apartment features two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa that can accommodate a fifth guest.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner ceramic hob, an oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, and an electric kettle. The apartment also includes a private bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a hair dryer. A baby cot can be provided upon request. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are carried out every 4 days.

Guests have access to a terrace with outdoor seating furniture.

Free parking is available on the street in front of or near the property.
