Description

Maisonette Olivelias Beachfront is part of the Olivelias Beachfront complex. It is located next to Elia Beach, on the Sithonia peninsula, between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras (10km from both). The maisonette can accommodate 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

Accommodation

The maisonette consists of two levels. The lower level features a living room with a corner sofa bed and a kitchen that includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. The maisonette has both front and back terraces, with a dining table, deckchairs, and a parasol. The front one offers a view of the sea and Elia Beach.

The unit is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay.

The complex offers a spacious and organized shared yard with a barbecue. Cars can be parked on the street next to the accommodation, while pets can stay in the yard, but not in the rooms.
