• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Just a 5-minute walk from Beloyianni Beach, Maison Viros is located in the seaside Kardamili Village. It features an outdoor pool with sun loungers and self-catered accommodation overlooking the garden or sea from its terrace or balcony.

Maison Viros consists of 4 houses of 2 types: the one type is 105 square meter, and the other type is 62,5 square meter.

Modernly decorated in pastel colours and earth tones, the split-level apartments consist of a living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area. Air conditioning, a flat-screen satellite TV, fireplace and washing machine are included. Each has 2 bathrooms.

The centre of Kardamili Village is within a 5-minute walk from Maison Viros where guests can find various shops, café-bars and restaurants. The pebbly Ritsa Beach is 250 m away. Free Wi-Fi access is available in public areas.
