Magani Apartments & Maisonettes

In these unique surroundings at the seaside village of Kala Nera, you will find an equally unique vacation hotel, which has been built according to traditional plans in order to recreate the beauty of Pelion mansions.

Hotel Magani Apartments & Maisonettes in Kala Nera is suitably designed for your all-year-round vacation and consists of several apartments, with 2 - 6 person capacity. The hotel has a marvelous courtyard with huge palm trees. In the relaxed and familiar atmosphere of Magani’s lounge and verandas, one can enjoy the company of a friend while having a drink or eating a tasty ice cream or even a local dessert. The hotel is about 50 meters away from the beach.

Accommodation

All Hotel units are fully furnished: private bathroom with shower and WC, balcony or veranda, TV, refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking cell, coffee maker and kitchen items (apartments + maisonettes), air conditioning and central heating. Towels, covers, and sheets are provided. Internet access available - Free Wi-Fi in all units. Free parking in front of Magani. No ground-floor apartments. No elevator. All maisonettes are located on the elevated ground floor around the main garden.

• Double room - a room with a double bed or two single beds next to each other, with or without a compact kitchenette with a balcony.
• Apartment 2-3 persons - apartment with two single beds next to each other, living room area = 1 sofa-bed + kitchen and balcony.
• First-floor Apartment 3-4 persons - containing bedroom 1 = double bed, bedroom 2 = 2 single beds + kitchen with narrow balcony.
• Apartment 3 - 4 persons - large studio 1 double bed + 1 single bed, incl. living room with 1 sofa bed and space up to 4 persons + kitchen with private veranda.
• Apartment 5 - 6 persons - bedroom 1 = double bed, bedroom 2 = double bed, living room = two singles + kitchen with a large balcony, sea- and mountain view.
• Maisonette type A 3 - 4 persons - bedroom = double bed + single bed with balcony (upstairs), living room = sofa bed + kitchen with veranda. (downstairs)  
• Maisonette type B 3 - 4 persons - bedroom = double bed with balcony (upstairs), living room = single bed and sofa bed + kitchen with veranda. (downstairs)  
• Maisonette type C 5 - 6 persons - bedroom 1 = double bed + bedroom 2 = three single beds with balcony (upstairs), living room = sofa bed + kitchen with veranda. (downstairs)  

The apartments are flat rooms above the maisonettes on the last level of the complex and offer a fully equipped and well-organized kitchen

The maisonettes are two-story apartments, each with an independent entrance. The lower level consists of the living room with the equipped kitchen and the staircase, which leads you to the main bedroom and the bathroom upstairs.

Magani's lush green garden has a nice, shadowed outside sitting area under two huge tropical palm trees.

The complex has been partially renovated for season 2026 (bathroom and kitchen tiles have been replaced, the new window screens have been set up, etc).
