Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

M Apartments consist of studios and apartments for 4-5 people distributed in two buildings in Nea Kalikratia in Halkidiki. One property is located on the first line to the sea, a 5-6 minute walk from the main beach, while the other is 150 meters from the sea and a 6-7 minute walk from the beach.

Two apartments and two studios are located here.

The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people and are identical. Apartment 23 is located on the second floor, and Apartment 33 is on the third floor. They have a separate bedroom with a double bed, while a sofa bed is in the living room. The kitchen is set in the living area. It contains an induction hob, a refrigerator, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, necessary dishes, and a dining table.

The units have a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a covered terrace with a seating area and a partial sea view. They are air-conditioned and equipped with TV devices in both rooms, free Wi-Fi internet, an iron, and a stick vacuum cleaner.

Studio 11 and Studio 31 are located in the same building. They are also identically equipped and intended for the stay of 4 people. Studio 11 is on the first floor, while Studio 33 is on the third and has a sea view.

The studios contain a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a fridge, dishes, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker. They have private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers, as well as terraces with awnings and seating areas. Guests have access to air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, TVs, stick vacuum cleaners, and irons.

On the roof of the building is a spacious shared terrace with a beautiful view of Nea Kalikrateia and Mount Olympus. Here, guests can socialize and have a barbecue. A common kitchen is also available.

Here are two more apartments for up to 5 people. Apartment 1 is located on the third floor and has a direct sea view. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a corner sofa.

The kitchen contains an induction hob, a refrigerator, a dining table, basic dishes, a kettle, a microwave oven, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The apartment has a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, as well as a terrace with an awning and a seating area. It is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, televisions in both rooms, an iron, a washing machine, and a stick vacuum cleaner.

Apartment 3 is on the third floor and offers a garden view. It is equipped identically to Apartment 1, except that it has a sofa bed in the living room.

Towels and bed linen are provided in all units and are changed every 5 days.

Bili smo porodično krajem jula, u zgradi pored mora, apartman broj 3. Sve pohvale za smeštaj. Apartman,usluga, komunikacija... Čista 10 I više od očekivanog

Све похвале за М апартментс. Све је чисто, уредно, и лепше него на сликама. Брз и лак договор. На идеалном је месту за оне који желе мир, окруженост боровима, морем... За 5 минута сте на плажи, за 10 у центру места. Плажа је лепа, вода чиста, што је нама веома битно, бар сада око 20.јуна. Радо препоручујем овај смештај.
