Description

Lydia’s Calm House is located in the Kavala area, at the exit of Palio Tsifiliki toward Nea Iraklitsi. The nearest rocky beach is 150 meters away, while the closest sandy beach is about 700 meters away. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers a nicely landscaped yard and a sea view.

Accommodation

The villa is spread over three levels — ground floor, first floor, and second floor. It is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. An additional baby can also be accommodated, for whom a baby cot is provided.

On the ground floor, there is a storage room and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor features a living room with a kitchen, dining area, and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stovetop, a large oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle. From the living room, there is access to a furnished terrace.

The second floor features three bedrooms — two with double beds, and the third with a single bed on a platform, a sofa bed for one person, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. For stays longer than 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning service with linen and towel change is provided.

Guests have access to a garden with a barbecue, a children’s playground, and an outdoor shower. Parking is available on the street in front of the property.
