Luxury Three Floors Villa With a Private Pool & Garden is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia Peninsula, 180 meters from the beach. It can accommodate eight people and offers a garden with a swimming pool and private parking.

The villa is spread over three levels and has four bedrooms - two with double and two with two single beds each. The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dining area. The living room features a corner sofa and a large flat-screen TV. There are also three private bathrooms with shower cabins.

The villa is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi and a washing machine. It offers two terraces overlooking the garden.

The accommodation includes a private garden with a swimming pool, parasol, sunbeds, and barbecue. In front of the villa is a covered paved area with a dining table. Free private parking is also available.
