• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Luxury Corali Villas is located 100m from the beach, 2km from the port of Ierissos, from where you can take a boat to Atos, at a distance of 110 km from Thessaloniki airport.

Accommodation

The complex consists of 4 maisonettes designed in a modern architectural style, each with an independent staircase. Behind the complex, there is a lawn for rest and relaxation. Each maisonette has two levels. In the lower part there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with two sofa beds for one person each (extra bed can be inserted), as well as a bathroom with a shower, and in the upper part there is a bedroom with a toilet. They also have TV, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets and air conditioning. Each maisonette can accommodate up to 5 people. Laundry facilities are available for free, as is a baby cot.

• Maisonette VERONIA: This suite is named after the coral reefs that inspired various singers with their amazing shapes. It has two porches that look out to the sea and the hills of ancient Akanthos.

• Maisonette ISIDELLA: This suite is named after the coral richness of the ocean which has been an inspiration to poets and writers for years. It has two terraces with amazing views of Mount Athos.

• Maisonette LOPHELIA: This apartment is named after a rare, colorful species of coral. It has three terraces overlooking the deep blue bay and green hills.

• Maisonette AMPHILIA: This apartment is named after a rare species from the depths of the sea, similar to abstract art. It has three terraces overlooking the sea and the hills.
