Accommodation cancellation policy
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit fee paid will be returned to the guest (minus EUR 30 administrative costs).
• If the accommodation unit is canceled later or in case of no-show of the guest, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire fee for the deposit and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

LUS Apartment Toroni is located in a maisonette complex in Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula, across the street from the beach (40m). The apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 guests.

A restaurant, shop, bakery, ATM, children's park are available within 100 meters of the accommodation, while an amusement park and a sports field are at a distance of about 300 meters.

Accommodation

The unit is set on the first floor and consists of two levels. It covers an area of 50 m2, with the addition of a terrace of 9 m2.

The lower level features a kitchen (a stove with an oven, a fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker), a private bathroom, a bedroom with access to the terrace and a living room with access to the terrace. The terrace offers a view of the sea and a barbeuce.

The first floor has an open area with a single bed and from it you can enter another separate bedroom.

A baby cot is available for use.

The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped for a pleasant stay of 5 people.

The apartment has air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV, a washing machine.

The complex is closed, has its own gate, and entering the apartment by vehicle is allowed only when bringing in / taking out luggage.

The path leads directly from the complex to the beach. Guests have the choice of bringing their props or using the services of bars in the vicinity of the accommodation that rent sunbeds and umbrellas.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, and pets are not allowed.
