Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Lucia Simona Villas Kefalonia are located in an oasis of a lush olive grove. Simply designed not to "upset" the harmony of the environment that nature has endowed the region Trapezaki.

Positioned 800 meters from the beach with direct views of 360 degrees, the imposing Aenos mountain with altitude of 1826 meters, the villages of upper Livatho, Monastery Sission, the endless blue of the Ionian sea and the island of Zakynthos  the fertile plain of Leivathos and the Venetian Castle of St. George.

At 100 meters you will find the nearest supermarket and traditional family tavern. At 3 km you can find rental cars and scooters.
Anything you need is within a few minutes and Lucia & Simona Villas manager, are always available to advise you on the island and make it even easier for a pleasant stay.

Accommodation

Sea view studios - An external staircase leads to the first floor of each villa consisting of two areas: studio with double bed, kitchen and fully equipped kitchenette , bathroom, refrigerator. From the balconies you can enjoy a panoramic view, of the hill and Trapezaki beach, Zakynthos island, Livatho village, Monastery Sission, and the Castle of St. George.

Luxury Apartments - Apartments in garden level: with a comfortable living room and two sleeping rooms, all air-conditioned. At first glance the Italian furniture: kitchen of red or yellow glossy lacquer, green colorful sofas, double beds, comfortable with anatomically comfortable mattresses, bathroom with green mosaic and semicircular glass shower cabin. Large glass windows leads to private veranda with its protective canopy, while next to it, at a small yard is barbecue area, also "protected" by the white and red bokamvilies and geraniums .All these at about 4 meters from the cool pool and paved seating area with comfy wooden (Teak) sofa.

Luxury Suite - Two-room apartment on the street level with unobstructed views overlooking the gardens, the pool, the sea, the mountain, the grove … Cheerful colors, with red overtaking the living room, the two bathrooms, and the bedroom. Warm, aesthetic and minimal taste spaces, with wooden roof.

Surrounded by its own garden with blooming Lantana, sycamore, bougainvilleas, honeysuckles and many more. Here you can enjoy your breakfast and why not lunch or dinner, since you are provided everything necessary for their preparation.
