Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Loxandra Studios also have a cafe - creperie where you can enjoy your time from early in the morning untill late at night, and an atrium.

For those who love sports.. In the atrium of Loxandra Studios there is a place to view football games or favourite shows! Enjoy your drink coffee or taste Loxandra's famous crepe - pankake and many more watching the perfect picture of a videoprojection (diamentions 3m x 2m)!

Spaces into the cafe creperie in the ground floor and outside of it are also available. You 'll never forget it!
