Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Accommodation
The villa consists of two apartments with identical amenities and layout. One is located on the first floor and the other on the second floor.
Each apartment has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room features a sofa bed.
The kitchen includes a fridge, cooking hob, microwave, toaster, and a dining table. The private bathroom has a shower cabin.
Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning in all three rooms, free Wi-Fi, television, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Each apartment has a spacious terrace with outdoor seating and dining space, offering views of the garden, pool, and sea.
Guests have access to the shared garden with an attractive swimming pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Each apartment has one private parking space, and additional parking is available on the street in front of the property.
