Description

Loft House is located 80 meters from the beach in Agria, on the Pelion Peninsula. It is 7 km from the center of Volos and 19 km from the Pelion ski resort.

Built from stone and wood, this traditional house accommodates up to 6 people and is a great choice for a stay at any time of the year.

Accommodation

The house spans two levels connected by stairs. The lower level consists of a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen, which includes a large fridge with freezer, a 4-burner stove, and an oven.

The attic houses two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the option to add a baby cot, while the other has two sofas and two single beds.

The house has a bathroom with a shower cabin, as well as an additional toilet.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, television, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.

Guests can enjoy a beautifully landscaped, paved, and fenced yard with a built-in barbecue and outdoor seating and dining area.

Private parking is not available, but vehicles can be parked for free on the street in front of the property.
