Description
Lofos Vourvourou is located near Vourvourou, Sithonia, 750 meters from the beach. The complex is set on a small hill above the main road with a beautiful sea view. It offers different types of accommodation units for 2-6 people, as well as a spacious yard with a swimming pool, a summer house, a barbecue, a children's playground, and parking. Near the complex is a wide selection of restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, and shops.
Accommodation
The complex consists of three buildings. The central building features 4 apartments and 7 studios. There are 5 double studios with double beds and two triple studios with a double and a single bed. One double and one triple studio with a shared terrace are set on the ground floor, two double and one triple unit are on the first floor, while two more double studios are on the second floor. All have private bathrooms with showers and kitchenettes with two-burner stoves and small refrigerators.
The ground floor also offers a duplex apartment for 6 people. It contains two bedrooms - one with a double, and the other with two single beds. The room with the kitchen features two sofas. The apartment is equipped with two private bathrooms and two air conditioners.
There are also 3 apartments for 4 people. Two larger units (50m2) are located on the ground floor. Each has a separate bedroom with a double bed, two more single beds in the kitchen area, and two bathrooms. The third four-bed apartment (40m2) is on the first floor. It consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a room with a kitchen and two couches, and a private bathroom with a shower.
The second object is a villa for 4 guests. It contains a bedroom with a double bed and a couch, a living room with two couches, a kitchen, and a private bathroom. The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dining table. In front of the villa is a private part of the yard for guests, with a table and chairs.
The third object is a stone house for 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house also has a separate kitchen (stove, fridge), a private bathroom with shower, and a covered porch.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with television, free Wi-Fi internet, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are provided, which are changed every four days.
Next to the central building is a swimming pool (depth of 80 cm) with sunbeds and umbrellas. Within the spacious yard, guests have at their disposal a summer house with a brick grill and an outdoor area for sitting and dining, a children's playground, and a private parking lot.
