Description

Lithos Villas Apollon is located on the Sithonia peninsula, 5 kilometers from the beach and 450 meters from the center of Sykia. A luxurious estate from the end of the 19th century has been renovated into an exclusive complex with a swimming pool, consisting of 2 maisonettes and 1 studio. Guests have at their disposal a spacious yard with stone paths and old olive trees, which offers a panoramic view of the town and hills.

Accommodation

Maisonettes Gaia and Elaia are organized in the same way, and decorated in a combination of stone and wood. Each spreads over 2 levels connected by stairs and can accommodate up to 8 people. The ground floor consists of a living room with two sofas, a kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with two glass ceramic hobs, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and another bathroom. Two bedrooms have one double bed each, while the third has two single beds.

Studio Ouranos is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people. It contains a double bed, a small kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen includes a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner stovetop, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

All units are air-conditioned - in maisonettes, all 4 rooms feature separate air conditioners. They are equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, satellite television, and an iron. A shared washing machine is also available. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three days.

From the furnished terraces, depending on the floor, there is a beautiful view of the garden or the pool.

The garden features a swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, a summer house with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, as well as free private parking.

Pets are not allowed.
