Description

Lithos House Hanioti is located in Hanioti (Kassandra), close to the coast (200 meters). This luxurious and comfortable house is 91.4 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport. The maximum accommodation capacity is 7 guests.

Accommodation

This comfortable and modernly designed house consists of three levels (basement, ground floor, and first floor), featuring three bedrooms, one living room, a kitchen, a toilet, and two bathrooms. In addition to these indoor units, the property offers a terrace with outdoor furniture and a private yard.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with air conditioning, a corner sofa, and a dining area (large table with 6 chairs). The kitchen is located in the same space. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a refrigerator, oven, extractor hood, cooktop with flat surface, cookware, and an espresso coffee machine. There is also a toilet on the ground floor (WC and washbasin). From the living room, there is access to the terrace, which is furnished with outdoor furniture.

On the first floor, there is one standardly equipped bathroom (shower cabin, WC, washbasin) and a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a mirror, and air conditioning.

In the basement, there is another standardly equipped bathroom and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units.

The property also features a beautifully landscaped private yard with sun loungers and a barbecue (upon request). Guests have access to one private parking space within the complex. There is also free public parking available 100 meters from the property. Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine is available for guests’ use. The entire complex is covered with free wireless internet.
