Description
Lithi Villa is located in Limenaria on the island of Thassos, approximately 500 meters from the closest and 900 meters from the city beach. The property features six accommodation units that differ in layout and capacity. All units are air-conditioned and include a private bathroom, terrace, and access to Wi-Fi internet.
Guests have access to a fenced yard with an outdoor seating area, as well as private parking within the property.
Accommodation
The property consists of six accommodation units of different types, arranged on the ground floor and the first floor. Each unit has a private entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and terrace, while varying in size, layout, and orientation.Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 (ground floor)
These two units are located on the ground floor, on the quieter side of the property, with views of the mountain and inner courtyard. They accommodate up to 4 persons. Each apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with either two separate beds or two sofa beds. The kitchen area is part of the living space and is equipped for basic meal preparation (stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, kitchenware).
The bathroom includes a shower or bathtub. These units have access to a spacious terrace or a paved courtyard with outdoor furniture, partially enclosed for added privacy.
Studio 3 – double (first floor)
This studio is suitable for 2 persons. It features a single open space with a double bed and a kitchenette. The bathroom includes a shower or bathtub. The studio has a terrace with views of the sea and the town, or surrounding area depending on its position.
Apartment 4 (first floor)
This apartment accommodates up to 4 persons. It includes a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with an additional bed (sofa bed or double bed). The kitchen is part of the living space and equipped for basic use. The bathroom includes a shower. The terrace offers a view of the sea, town, or surrounding area.
Studio 5 – triple (first floor)
This studio is suitable for up to 3 persons. It consists of one room with a double bed and a single bed.
The kitchenette is equipped for basic meal preparation. The bathroom includes a shower or bathtub. The terrace is oriented towards the mountain.
Apartment 6 – duplex (first floor)
This duplex apartment accommodates 4 guests. It consists of two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen area. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other includes two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with two stovetop burners, a refrigerator, coffee machine, and kettle. The bathroom includes a bathtub and/or shower. The apartment has access to a terrace with a mountain view.
