reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the
deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most
cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Liotrivi Studios is located on the island of Lefkada, in the town of Vasiliki. The nearest beach is 300 m away. The facility has apartment and studio accommodation units. Guests of all accommodation units have a terrace with a view of the sea.
Accommodation
Within the building there are two apartments suitable for accommodation of 6 people, with an area of 60 m2. The apartments have two bedrooms with one double bed each and a pull-out sofa suitable for two more people.
There are also two more apartments suitable for accommodation of 4 people, with an area of 50 m2. These apartments also have two bedrooms with one double bed each. And there is the possibility of adding an extra bed with a thin mattress.
Three studios with an accommodation capacity of up to three people are 20m2 in size. They are equipped with one double bed and one single bed. In one studio there is the possibility of adding an extra bed.
The bathrooms are equipped with a shower.
The kitchens in the smaller units have a two-burner stove and a mini-fridge with a freezer compartment. While in the eternal units there is a stove with oven and a combined refrigerator.
Terraces with sea views are equipped with outdoor furniture. Air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi internet are available to guests.
Pets are allowed.
Guests have secured parking.
Accommodation units are cleaned daily, while towels and sheets are changed every third day.

Sve pohvale za domacina I smestaj. Lokacija smestaja je jedna od najboljih u Vasilikiju, na dva minuta od setalista I 10-ak minuta od predivnih uvala gde smo se uglavnom kupali (glavna gradska plaza mi se ne dopada) Sa terase se pruza pre divan pogled na more. Bili smo smesteni u cetvorokrevetnom apartmanu, koji je veoma komforan I poseduje sve sto je potrebno za udoban boravak. Cistoca apartmana je besprekorna. Gazda Nikos je veoma ljubazan I tu je za svaku pomoc ukoliko je potrebna. Sve najbolje!
