• Children up to 4.99 years old stay for free.
• Extra person (5+ years old) - 20 EUR per day, Garden view rooms and standard double rooms do not have an extra bed

• Check-in starts at 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00.
• Note: The tourist tax (2€ per day/room) is not included in regular prices.
• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 15 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is canceled 15-7 days before the date of the arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to the guest.
• If a reservation is canceled later or in the case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Light Blue Hotel is a newly built, modern facility in the center of Nea Kalikratia, 150 meters from the sandy beach. It welcomes guests from 2021.

The hotel offers luxury rooms for 2-3 people, a free fitness center, private parking, access for disabled people, as well as various packages with additional services and benefits.

The center of Thessaloniki is only 35 kilometers away, and the airport is 20 kilometers away.

Accommodation

The hotel has 27 double and triple rooms with a view of the sea, the city, or the garden.

The interiors are carefully decorated with a combination of contemporary and classic Mediterranean styles.

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with king-size beds, free Wi-Fi internet, and satellite television. They have private bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, cosmetics, and porches/terraces with outdoor furniture.

There is also a kitchen area with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a minibar.

The rooms are cleaned every day, while towels are changed every two days.

The hotel also offers a breakfast service. Breakfast is prepared from local and organic ingredients from different regions of Greece (coffee, milk, tea, fruit and fruit juices, homemade bread and pastries, cereals, dairy and cured meat products, eggs, and honey).

The services of massage, dinner, and use of the relaxation room are also available, which guests can combine and create arrangements according to their wishes and needs.

The complex also offers a garden, free shaded private parking, a fitness center, and an office for business meetings. The hotel has disabled access, and the upper floors are accessible by elevator.
