• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Lia Apartments is located in Nea Fokea, on the Kassandra Peninsula, just 30 meters from the nearest beach. It offers accommodation for 3-4 people with spacious terraces and a beautiful view of the sea.
Accommodation
The complex has a total of three units.
The ground floor features two quadruple apartments of the same structure and equipment. Each has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a kitchen that includes a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a two-burner stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The private bathrooms have shower cabins, and these apartments are also equipped with washing machines.
The attic features a triple apartment, suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. It contains a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the room with a kitchen. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stovetop, an oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The apartment has a private bathroom with a large bathtub.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, satellite television, mosquito nets, and hair dryers. A baby cot can be added upon request. The accommodation is cleaned halfway through the stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
All apartments offer terraces with outdoor furniture and sea views. The use of the grill can be provided upon request.
Cars can be parked for free on the street in front of the accommodation, or in the nearby public parking lot.
