Description
Leon Villas is a newly built complex located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, 300 meters from the beach. It offers accommodation for 3-6 people with a garden, swimming pool, and private parking.
Accommodation
The complex features 7 types of accommodation units distributed on the ground floor and on the first floor.
Economy studios have a double bed and a single bed, and can accommodate 3 people each. There is also the possibility of accommodating a fourth person with the addition of an extra bed. These units include a kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a table and chairs.
Triple studios can be standard or deluxe. The standard units have a double bed with a drawer bed, while the deluxe units have a double bed and a pull-out armchair. The private bathroom has a shower cabin. Guests have access to a terrace with a table, chairs and, a view of the pool.
Deluxe apartment can accommodate 4 people. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the second room features a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen. There is also a private bathroom with a shower, as well as a furnished terrace overlooking the pool.
Family maisonette can accommodate 4 people and consists of two levels connected by stairs. On the lower level are a double bed and a kitchen, while on the gallery is another double bed. There is a shower cabin in the private bathroom, and a table and chairs on the terrace.
One-bedroom maisonettes are designed for 4 people. The lower level features a living area with a sofa that folds out into a double bed, a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower, while on the gallery is a double bed. A furnished terrace overlooking the pool is also available.
Two-bedroom maisonettes can accommodate up to 6 guests. They consist of two levels connected by stairs. The lower level features a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower. On the upper level (open gallery) is the second bedroom with a double bed. These units also have terraces with seating/ dining areas.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, safes for storing valuables, and hair dryers. The kitchens are identical and include a small refrigerator, a two-ring hob, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a microwave. Rooms are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
A free laundry service is available to guests, but guests are required to provide their own laundry detergent.
The complex includes a beautifully landscaped garden, a swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sunbeds with mattresses, an outdoor shower, and a private parking space provided for each unit.
Pets are not allowed.
