• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid in cash the first day upon arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 25 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Lelegianni Studios and Apartments is located in about 380 meters from the beach and a few minutes walk from the city center, in Psakoudia, on the peninsula of Sithonia. Can accommodate 3 to 4 persons in studios and apartments

Accommodation
Lelegianni Studios and Apartments concists of studios and apartments located on the ground floor (up to 2 steps above ground), 1st floor and 2nd floor.
Studios include 3 single beds. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed on request. The ground floor also feature one small studio with a double bed.
Apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and kitchen area with 2 single beds. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed upon request.
Owners provide linen and towels and replace them upon request, but guests take care of the hygiene themselves. Every unit is equipped with a broom, a dustpan, and a mop.
