Description

Leivadiotis House is located in a quiet area of ​​Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula. The nearest unorganized beach is about 140 meters away, the beginning of the organized part is 400 meters away, while Paradisos beach is 1.5 kilometers away. The accommodation can accommodate 5 people and offers a panoramic view of the sea.

Accommodation

The apartment is set on the first floor. It has a bedroom with a double and a single bed, while the room with the kitchen features two more single beds joined together.

The kitchen includes a small refrigerator, a two-burner stove, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and dishes. The private bathroom has a shower cabin and a hair dryer.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Apartment cleaning and changing of the bed linen and towels are done every 4 nights.

Although there is no garden, guests have access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The terrace has a covered area with a dining table, as well as a sunbathing area with deckchairs and a parasol.

One parking space is provided in front of the accommodation.
