Description

Lakis House offers modern and beautifully decorated accommodation for 5 people in a quiet part of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. The apartment is about 900 meters from the town beach, and 500 meters from the nearest store. It offers its guests excellent equipment, a spacious terrace, and private parking.

Accommodation

The apartment is located on the first floor and is suitable for 4 adults and 1 child up to 15 years of age. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room features two single sofas. An extra bed or a baby cot can be added upon request.

There is a kitchen which includes a dining table, a large fridge with a freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle. The private bathroom has a shower cabin, a washing machine, and a hair dryer.

Each room has a separate air conditioner, and the accommodation is also equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and an iron. Room cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three nights.

Guests can enjoy the spacious, covered terrace with outside seating and dining area.

Free private parking is provided for guests, while pets are not allowed.
