• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Lagoon View situated in Lakithra, on the island of Kefalonia, is a small block of apartments offering simple accommodation with excellent self catering facilities.

The stunning view to Argostoli Bay and lagoon (Koutavos), Ainos mountain and St. Georges Castle can be enjoyed from the big verandas and balconies. Great stone walls surround the plot. Ideal for a relaxing holiday or for small adventure tours as it is only 5 minutes from Argostoli by car or 45 minute walking. Friendly & peaceful environment.

Small family run block of self-catering apartments and studios in close proximity to several beaches, with full kitchen equipment, microwave (5 apartments), full sets of linen and towels, free WiFi, Satellite TV 32'' , hairdryer, washing machine, shared BBQ etc. House cleaning service is also provided.
