Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Lagonisi House is located 300 meters from the sea, 650 meters from the famous Lagonisi beach, in Ormos Panagias, on the peninsula of Sithonia.

Offers peace, privacy, garden, outdoor dining area, BBQ facilities, parking and sea view.

Accommodation

Lagonisi House consists is a house of two studios on the high ground floor, and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children (up to 6 years old).

Terrace (about 15m2) is shared for studios and offers table and chairs for each studio and sea view.

Each studio is 33m2. First studio inlcudes a double bed, a single bed and an extra folded bed. Second studio has a double bed, a single bed and an extra armchair bed.

Linen and towels change is done every 5 days.
