• A deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

La Strangiato Villa is located in Afitos, on the Kassandra peninsula, about 1 km from Varkes Beach, 1.7 km from Afitos Beach, and 1.5 km away from Vothonas Beach.

The facility offers accommodation for up to 7 people.

Accommodation

La Strangiato Villa has a community swimming pool and parking area. The swimming pool is open daily from 10:00 until 14:00 and then from 18:00 until 22:00. It is a community-owned swimming pool and It is shared with all the 25 villas in the complex. The villa also has a private garden with a private kiosk and grill for outdoor cooking and relaxing outside. The patios and balconies are very spacious for a large family and friends. Patio furniture is on every balcony, patio, and inside the kiosk. There are also spaces for private sunbathing behind the house or around the pool area. Guest will have access to all of the house except for the exterior storage room. This is only accessible by the maintenance people.
