• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

La Nonna Efrosini is a traditional house, located in the village of Divarata, surrounded by beautiful and spectacular mountain scenery and close to the magnificent Myrtos Beach.

The home-like atmosphere, the privacy and tranquility of the area as well as the welcome and friendly character of the owners will impress you. Built in 2 levels, this traditional Kefalonian Home is ideal for families or group of friends who want to get away from it all without worrying about a thing and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Traditional architecture and modern elements combine to create a stunning environment and a luxurious feel.

Accommodation

It is a two storey house (80m2) with 4 bedrooms in total, 1 family bathroom and 1 WC, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room. The house accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms.

Ground Level: Spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Also houses 2 of the 4 bedrooms of the villas equipped with twin beds and double bed. On this level there is also family bathroom.
Bedroom level: A wooden staircase in the living room leads on the second floor which is a wooden loft space that features a bedroom with a double bed and a small sitting area and an another bedroom with twin beds. On this level there is also a WC.
The kitchen and the living room on the ground floor have access to a private veranda with mountain view & with outdoor dining area and outdoor furniture, idyllic for your relaxation in the nature.
