Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• 50% cancellation fee is charged if a cancellation of the reservation has been made within the period of 21days to 30 days, from the date of check in.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• For pre-term departures, there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50% of the remaining rental period (Law 1652/86 Gov.Gaz.167A)

Description

La Mare Armonia Villa is a property with a good location - only 200m away from the Nikiti beach, but it is also characterized by quality, good hygiene and modern decoration that altogether ensures a comfortable stay.

The nearest supermarkets are about 600m away.

Accommodation

There are six units in total with a maximum capacity of three people. Four out of six units are located on the upper floor (two standard studios on the first and two on the second floor) and two eco studios in the semi-basement.

- Standard studios (18m2) can accommodate up to 2 people. They have 2 joined single beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony.
- Eco studios (20m2) can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old. They have 2 joined single beds, a sofa, a kitchenette and a bathroom. They don't have a balcony.

Each studio has a kitchen area equipped with a stovetop, a kettle and a small fridge, while the bathrooms have only tiles and curtains.

Amenities include air-condition, Wi-Fi internet, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets. baby cot (on request). There is no private parking, guests can park their cars on the street.
