Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

La Casa Blue Apartment is located in the small village of Toroni (Sithonia Peninsula), which is 131 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport. The nearest beach is just a few steps away – only 50 meters from the apartment, as well as the village center, supermarkets, and tavernas, making this apartment one of the best-located accommodations in Toroni.

Accommodation

The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of the building and consists of a living room with kitchen and a spacious balcony, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

In the living room there is a sofa bed which, when unfolded, can accommodate two guests, as well as an LCD Smart TV and air conditioning. The balcony (accessible from this room) is equipped with comfortable and modern outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped and includes a large refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, and kitchenware.

Both bedrooms are identical – each features a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe, and they share a common balcony. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a shower cabin, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer, and a washing machine.

The maximum capacity of this accommodation is 6 guests, with the possibility of adding one double floor mattress that can accommodate two additional guests. For each additional guest (over six), a surcharge of €10 per person per night applies to the existing accommodation price. With the additional mattress, the total capacity is 8 guests.

The entire apartment is covered by free Wi-Fi, and private parking is provided. Pets are welcome. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
