Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Located in Pigadias Ermionis, Ktima Develekou features a private beach area. It offers self-catering accommodations with direct sea views from the balconies.

Accommodation

Our apartments are 45m2 and they can accommodate until 4 persons.

The apartemens are with full equiment, with 1 big bedroom with 1 double bed, one big bathroom with shower, after there is one big room with kitchen, big fridge, dinner table, one small bed and one sofa-bed, there is 2 air conditions, TV, big balcony with a table and beautiful sea view.

We have free internet and parking; housekeeping and replacement of bed linen and towels is every 3 days. Pets are not allowed.

Since the property is located in a great strategic location, from the terrace you can enjoy the view of the islands of Hydra, Poros and Spetses, which are located at a short distance (3.5 km from the port to Hydra island, 22km from the port to Poros island, 34km from Spetses island and 72km from Nafplio) and where you can go on short day trips.

At the beginning of October until the end of December, you can participate in olive picking, as well as in the production and tasting of olive oil made by the owners of the facility. Also, our guests will have a discount when buying olive oil. Their olive oil is award-winning and they produce face and body creams based on olive oil, soaps based on olive oil, pure honey and many others! There also available day excursion at our land with olives and lemons trees!
