• If a reservation is canceled at any moment, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In a case of no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description
The Studios Kripis are located in the most beautiful point of Paliouri, next to the chapel of St. Nektarios, and many beaches (Glarokambos, Xenia, Blue Fish Beach Bar, and Kanistro) are only 5 minute's drive from the studios. Only 450 m from the center of the village, you can find restaurants, supermarkets, a bakery, a doctor, a pharmacy, and everything you need. Also in 9 km, you can find Pefkohori and in 11 km Chanioti.
Accommodation
The apartments are spacious and can accommodate families or groups of 6 people. They include organized kitchens with refrigerators and stoves. Also, a big balcony with sea view, air-conditioning, TV and internet are provided.
Each apartment includes one room for 2 or 3 people and a big living room for 2 people. The apartments on the first floor have big balconies with a sea view, and the apartments on the ground floor have a direct view of the garden.

Za svaku preporuku. Domacica Eleni , svako jutro ostavlja korpicu sa prepecenim tosticima, krekerima, puterom i marneladom, bude tu i poneka cokoladica i keksic. Takodje patroni za espreso se dopunjuju svaki dan.
