Description
Kripis House Villa is located in Pefkohori, on the Kassandra peninsula, 230 meters from the beach. It offers accommodation for up to 7 people with a spacious garden and private parking.
Accommodation
The villa (85 m²) spreads over three levels and includes a living room with a kitchen, a private bathroom and three bedrooms.
• Bedroom 1: a double bed;
• Bedroom 2: a double bed;
• Bedroom 3: two single beds;
• Living room: a sofa bed.
The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dining area. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, and there is also an additional toilet.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, television, and a safe for keeping valuables. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every 2-3 days.
The villa offers one smaller and one spacious, covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a view of the town and the sea.
Guests have at their disposal a beautiful garden with seating, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, and free private parking.
