Koumaros Villas

Koumaros Villas is the accommodation in Loutra, with an unlimited view of the Aegean Sea and a unique sunset. It is located in exactly the same location as Koumaros Hotel, just a few meters away, and consists of seven independent villas. The villas have two or three levels (ground floor, first and second floor), large terraces, barbecue in the yard, sitting sets, umbrellas and a shared swimming pool.

Accommodation

Villa Marilena No.37 (125m2) consists of three levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room with two sofa beds for four children, a TV, an equipped kitchen, dining room with a dining table and a small toilet. The staircase leads to the first and second floor. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with one double and two single beds, a bathroom and terraces with seating furniture. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with one double bed, a separate bathroom and a large terrace. Guests can use the barbecue, parking, large yard and easy access to the common complex area.

Villa Stathis No. 33 (135m2) consists of three levels. The entrance to the villa is at the back, next to the small complex entrance, at 30m from the parking. On the ground level, there is a living room with two sofa beds for two adults and two children or four children, a TV, an equipped kitchen, dining room with a dining table and a small toilet. The staircase leads to the first and second floor. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with one double and two single beds, a bathroom and terraces with seating furniture. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with one double bed, a separate bathroom and a large terrace. Guests can use the barbecue, parking, large yard and easy access to the common complex area.

Villa Antony No. 34 (145m2) consists of three levels. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with one double and a single bed i.e. two single beds, terrace and a bathroom. Villes Joy No. 35 & Mary No.36 (145m2) consist of three levels. Villa Eva No. 28 (105m2) on the ground floor has a living room with two sofa beds for up to four children, a TV, an equipped kitchen, dining room with a dining table, small toilet, terrace with sitting furniture and a barbecue on the ground floor. The staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms with one double and two single beds, bathroom and a terrace.
