Konstantinos House

Konstantinos House is located between Hanioti and Pefkohori on the Kassandra peninsula, about 2 km from both places. The house is 650m away from the beach. Accommodating up to 10 adults and two children, this spacious house is spread over three levels.

Accommodation

Konstantinos House has an area of ​​130m2.

On the first level, i.e. in the basement, there are two sofa beds suitable for two people each.

On the second level, that is, on the first floor, there is a living room with a corner sofa, suitable for two more people. There is also a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large combined fridge, stove, kettle and microwave oven. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, shower and hair dryer.

On the third level, that is, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms each with one double bed. Another bathroom is located on the third level.

The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture.

Air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi internet are available to guests.

The yard is landscaped with greenery with a large lawn, there is also a veranda with outdoor furniture, deckchairs, a barbecue area and outdoor furniture suitable for dining.

 During the stay, the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the house as well as the change of bed linen and towels.

Small pets are allowed with an additional charge and prior request.

There is parking for two cars.
