• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

On the beautiful peninsula of Sithonia, in Nikiti, 500 m from the sea is located Konstantina Luxury Apartments, and is ideal choice for familes and friends. About 200 m away are shops, farmacies, bakeries.

Accommodation

Konstantina Luxury Apartments is built in 2014. and offers 3 two-spacies apartments (each about 80 m2) and can accommodate up to 4+2 persons.

One apartment has one double bed in one room and two single beds in the second room The other two apartments include two double beds.

Each apartment has fully equipped kitchen with living room and dining room, where is a sofa bed for two children, and there is a possibility to ad an extra bed for another child.

All the rooms have access to spacious terraces with partial sea view and include: mosquito nets, TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning and hairdryer.

Cleaning, change of bedding and towels is every 5 days.

Accommodation is surrounded by small garden with barbecue, and there is the parking space in front of the house.
