Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Kommeno Bella Vista apartment is a complex in an elevated location, surrounded by lush Ionian nature in Kommeno, 300 meters from the sea coast, 4 km from Dassia, and 12 km north of Corfu town, port and airport.

The complex includes a beautiful garden, a swimming pool with a panoramic sea view, a pool bar, a reception desk, and free private parking. It offers accommodation for 2-5 people.

Accommodation

Double Studio
• Contains a double or two single beds, a semi-separate space without a door with a kitchenette and dining area, a private bathroom with a shower, and a furnished terrace with a sea view.

Apartment Type A for 3 persons
• It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the room with the kitchenette and a dining area features a single sofa for the third person. There is also a private bathroom with a shower cabin and a furnished terrace with a sea view.

Apartment Type B for 4 persons
• Includes a separate bedroom with a double bed, an open-plan space with a kitchen, a dining area, two single sofas, a private bathroom with a shower, and a furnished terrace with a view of the garden and a partial view of the sea.

Apartment Type C for 5 persons
• Contains two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. The third room is open plan and includes a kitchen, dining room, and a sofa for the fifth person. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a table, chairs, and a view of the sea.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, satellite television, and a hair dryer. Kitchens include a two- or three-burner mini-oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and basic kitchenware. They are intended for preparing breakfast and light meals.

Room cleaning and towel changing is done 3 times a week, while bed linen is changed twice a week.
