Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

The studios Villa Kokkinos is a fully renovated (2009) holiday unit. You will find us at the south side of the island, in the seaside village of Potos. The unit is located in the centre of the village and about 100m from the sandy beach. We offer modern, comfortable, meeting high standards apartments with direct access to the market of Potos.

The studios Villa Kokkinos has 7 big and comfortable studios of 25m2, 35m2 and 45m2. Our studios are designed to accommodate 2, 3 or 4 persons and are fully equipped with all the modern comforts.

Studio apartment for two: 25m2 studio rooms with private balcony with view. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee-maker, toaster, and electric tea kettle. Private bathroom, air conditioning, play pen available. Flat screen TV with terrestrial and satellite channels, WiFi with strong signal, safe box and security key card.

Studio apartment for three: 35m2 studio rooms with private balcony with view. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee-maker, toaster, and electric tea kettle. Private bathroom, air conditioning, play pen available. Flat screen TV with terrestrial and satellite channels, WiFi with strong signal, safe box and security key card.

Studio apartment for four: 40-45m2 studio rooms with private balcony with view. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee-maker, toaster, and electric tea kettle.
