Description

Koala Apartments is the accommodation in a quiet street, just 100m from the center of Ierissos. It offers four clean and nicely decorated accommodation units for 2-5 people.

The main advantage of this accommodation is the patio behind the house, with a large summer house, barbecue and a shared kitchen. It’s ideal for enjoying and socializing, especially for large groups or multiple families on a joined vacation.

The beach is 500m away, the nearest supermarkets (Lidl and Masutis) and the restaurant are at about 100m, and the nearest bakery is 50m away.

If Ierissos is a desired destination for your family this summer, Koala Apartments might be a good choice.

Accommodation

Three accommodation units are on the high ground floor (four steps from the ground level) and one is on the second floor.

Rodi is a duplex apartment (65m2) on the ground floor, for a maximum of five people. One bedroom has a double and a sofa bed, and the other consists of a double sofa bed or two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, large refrigerator with a freezer, electric kettle and necessary utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain and a washing machine.

Elea is a studio-apartment (40m2) on the ground floor, for a maximum of four people. It consists of a bedroom with one double and a double sofa bed, a very small kitchen (only for preparing meals), and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with hot plates, small fridge with freezer compartment as well as all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

Karidia is a studio-apartment (40m2) on the ground floor, on the backside, for a maximum of four people. It has a bedroom with one double and a double sofa bed and a kitchen. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain.

Irida is a duplex apartment (65m2) on the second floor, for a maximum of five people. There is one double bed in each bedroom i.e., a single sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with hotplates, an electric kettle, and a large fridge with a freezer. The bathroom has a shower cabin. This apartment has a very large terrace, with tables and chairs.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, a terrace with an awning, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. Baby cot is available on request when booking.

Cleaning, as well as towel and bed linen replacement, is performed after three days.

Each apartment has its own parking space, free of charge.
