• Prices include the use of private jacuzzi.
• Basic min. stay - 5 nights. For the period 01/07-10/09 the min. stay is 7 nights.

• Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is by 11:00
• For early check-ins or late check-outs, please inform the managers in advance - availability will determine whether the request may be accommodated.
• Please inform the managers of the arrival and departure times at least 2-3 days in advance of the check-in date.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 14 days before the arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is cancelled 30-14 days before the date of the arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged.
• If a reservation is cancelled 14-7 days before the date of the arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
• If a reservation is cancelled 7 days before the date of the arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Klaritz Suites consists of 2 boutique, contemporary & uniquely designed properties – Aurora & Cephalus, built over 37m2 each. Located in a much sort after prime location in the resort of Lassi just minutes’ walk from Makris Yialos (long beach). They both offer the option for either a lively adult only vacation with the close proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops located throughout the resort or a relaxing & tranquil stay. The properties also benefit from private shaded terraced areas encompassed with olive & fruit trees & palms housing the heated jacuzzis, making it the perfect serene zone to sit back and unwind throughout the day and the endless warm summer nights.

Junior Suite 37m2, maximum capacity 4 persons

The contemporary open planned design perfectly blends luxury modern styling with a hint of tasteful classic features. The wooden vaulted ceiling and the warm neutral colour scheme help create a calming atmosphere soothing the senses. The modern kitchenette boasts an electric hob, fridge freezer, coffee-maker, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. The living area houses a sofa that offers additional sleeping arrangements for 1 person, with aspect patio doors inviting you out to the private terraced area where you will find further dining and relaxing furniture. There is a flat screen TV with satellite channels, WI-FI throughout and bluetooth technology sound system.The sleeping area consists of a generous Queen sized bed again with double patio doors giving you the feeling that you are at one with nature. The stylish en-suite bathroom exhibits some unique & classic features including the walk-in monsoon rainfall shower. Bed linen and towels are provided.

There is private parking for both properties located just to one side suitable for 2 vehicles. Each house has shaded private terraced areas with outdoor dining and seating and a heated Jacuzzi. Subtle external lighting creates the perfect mood as the day transforms to night.
