Description

Kladi Villa is located near Metamorfosis, on the Sithonia peninsula, about 2.6 km from the nearest beach. The house is located among olive groves, next to the forest, so it is recommended for lovers of nature, a quiet and peaceful environment.

The house can accommodate 4 people and offers a nice garden and a view of the sea in the distance.

Accommodation

The house has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa that can be extended into a double bed.

The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a kettle, kitchen utensils, and a dining area.

The private bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, and an iron. Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine is also available. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious terrace with a view of nature and the sea in the distance, a garden with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, as well as free private parking.

Due to the location, the accommodation is primarily recommended for guests who come with their own vehicles. The house can be accessed by any car, but it is important to emphasize that the last kilometer is traveled by a small side road through the vegetation.
