Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Kiki Apartment is located in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula, 75 meters from the nearest beach. Paradisos beach is 1 km away, and the city beach is 1.6 km away. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, and offers a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the harbor, the sea, and the city.

Accommodation

The apartment has two separate bedrooms with a double and a single bed each, while the rest of the accommodation consists of one large open-plan room. It features two living areas with two sofa beds and a kitchen with a dining room.

The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a filtered coffee machine, and kitchenware. The private bathroom is spacious and equipped with a bathtub.

Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every 4 days.

Guests have at their disposal a terrace with an outdoor area for sitting and dining, which offers a beautiful view of the city and the sea.

There is free parking space opposite the building.
