• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

The newly Kika Apartments, are located at Sivota, prefecture of Thesprotia, within an olive-groove with a wonderful sea-view. They are only 300m away from the beautifully formed beach named Galikos Molos and from the port of Sivota.

The flats are formed and furnished with taste and quality. So that the visitor could enjoy a quiet and pleasant stay next to the beach and near-by the village of Sivota.

We have 3 residences with independent flats and studios. Each residence has its garden.

There is a private place on the beach, 300 m from the apartments, that guests can use independently from other tourists on the beach in June and July.

Predivno iskustvo. Kika apartmani nude sve sto je potrebno za prijatan odmor. Bila sam sa cerkom 10 nocenja. Smestaj odlican, dvoriste prelepo. Sve vam je na dohvat ruke na 5 minuta hoda. Po meni odlican izbor za smestaj u Sivoti. Gazdarica je predivna I uvek na usluzi.

Poštovani, Bili smo smesteni u apartmanima Kika u Sivoti , 8 noćenja , preko vas . Sve je bilo odlično , smeštaj je čista desetka! Gazdarica je divna žena , koja je uvek bila tu, za sva nasa pitanja , srdačna i nasmejana. Sve pohvale za Kika apartmane , Ioannu i njenog oca . Proveli smo predivnih osam dana u Sivoti obilazeći plaze i sve zanimljivosti i atrakcije koje pruža . Sve pohvale za vas, za tačnost i poslovnost. Hvala na saradnji !!! Dočekani teglom domaćeg džema od kajsije i preporukama o mestu. Apartman čist i održavan, kuhinja opremljena, dvorište uređeno i prepuno cveća. Mir i tišina. Posteljina i peškiri menjani 3 puta za 10 dana. Joana, vlasnica, nasmejana, duhovita, vedra, uvek i za sve na raspolaganju. Ispraćeni bocom dobrog vina i željom za ponovnim druženjem. Sivota ima oko 14 plaža i odlično je pozicionirana za obilazak Parge, Krfa i ostalih mesta. Uživali smo u svakom smislu. Toliko da ćemo se sigurno vratiti!

Predivno leto provedeno u Sivoti i Kika apartmanima,smeštaj savršen za svaku preporuku,čisto,u kuhinji sve što je potrebno,prelepo dvorište sa puno cveća i hladovine,mir i tišina a ipak vrlo blizu centra i plaže.Gazdarica Ioanna vrlo ljubazna i uvek tu da pomogne sa informacijama,krzneni ljubimci su takođe dobrodošli

Početkom jula smo boravili u Kika apartmanima i proveli dve nedelje predivnog odmora. Gazdarica Ioanna je ljubazna i gostoljubiva domaćica uvek u blizini i spremna da pomogne gostima bilo šta da im zatreba. Apartmani su čisti i uredni, kreveti udobni. Na prozorima komarnici, u kuhinji sve što vam treba. Za svaku preporuku. Pozdrav za Ioannu
