The hotel has been renovated to provide guests with a comfortable and contemporary stay experience. This room type is suitable for up to 2 adults, with the possibility of adding a baby cot (for infants up to 2 years old). It features one double bed. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower. Guests have access to air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, kettle, and a vanity area.

Double Room with Side Sea View

These rooms accommodate up to 2 adults and include one double bed. Each unit features a terrace with outdoor furniture and a side sea view. The design follows a contemporary coastal style, with light tones and natural elements. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Amenities include air conditioning, flat-screen TV, mini fridge, coffee and tea facilities, kettle, and a vanity area.

Double Room with Sea View

Designed for up to 2 adults, these rooms include one double bed. Each unit has a terrace with outdoor seating and a direct sea view. The interior combines modern coastal design with natural wood elements and neutral colors. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. Guests have access to air conditioning, flat-screen TV, mini fridge, coffee and tea facilities, kettle, and a vanity area.

Deluxe Double Room with Sea View

Deluxe double rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults with a baby cot. They feature a double bed and an additional sofa bed used as an extra sleeping option. Each unit has a terrace with a direct sea view and seating area. The interior is modern and functional, with natural materials and soft tones. The bathroom is more spacious and equipped with a walk-in shower. Amenities include air conditioning, flat-screen TV, mini fridge, coffee and tea facilities, kettle, and a vanity area.

Family Room with Side Sea View

This room type accommodates up to 4 adults, or combinations such as 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child. The layout includes one double bed and additional sleeping space with two single beds (or two double beds, depending on configuration). The room has a terrace with outdoor furniture and a side sea view. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a walk-in shower. Amenities include air conditioning, flat-screen TV, mini fridge, coffee and tea facilities, kettle, and a vanity area.

Family Room with Sea View

Family rooms with sea view can accommodate up to 4 adults or similar combinations of adults and children. They include one double bed and additional sleeping space with two single beds (or two double beds, depending on layout). Each unit has a terrace with a direct sea view and seating area. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a walk-in shower. Guests have access to air conditioning, flat-screen TV, mini fridge, coffee and tea facilities, kettle, and a vanity area.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (available throughout the season), mini fridge, Smart TV (40”), hairdryer, safe (laptop size), coffee and tea making facilities, kettle, telephone, slippers, and basic toiletries. An iron and ironing board are available on request. Laundry service is available at an additional charge. A baby cot is provided free of charge for infants up to 2 years old in selected room types (double and deluxe double rooms). A first aid kit is available at the reception.

Within the hotel, guests can enjoy Fillys Restobar, offering Mediterranean cuisine with sea views.

Guests can choose between bed and breakfast and half board service. Breakfast is served as a traditional Greek buffet with a selection of local and international dishes. Half board is available at an additional charge and includes a three-course set menu (lunch or dinner). Room-only service is not available. The menu includes vegetarian options, children’s meals, gluten-free dishes, and allergen information. Meals are served in Fillys Restobar, located on the ground floor next to the reception, overlooking the sea.

Daily housekeeping service is provided. 

A lounge area with a traditional fireplace and a large TV is located on the ground floor.

Kelly Beach Hotel features a sandy beach equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, available to guests. Beach towels are provided free of charge. 

Private parking is not available within the hotel, but parking can be found in nearby streets in designated areas.
